Why we are here
This course was developed by the Australian Hotels Association (Victoria). The AHA Learning Network is funded by WorkSafe’s WorkWell Learning Networks.
Outcomes
By the end of this training, you will be able to demonstrate an understanding of how to take a preventative approach in creating organisational justice and reducing workplace stress. With the aim to reduce workplace mental injuries, absenteeism, staff turnover and increase productivity and morale.
The course should be done in order as the content is designed to be learnt sequentially and each lesson builds upon the one before it.
For each lesson you can expect a mix of written and video content, as well as activities along the way. These activities are not assessed, they are simply for your benefit to help strengthen your knowledge.
Certification.
Upon completion of the course, you may access a Certificate of Achievement. To access the certificate, you will need to complete the final quiz. There is no pass mark attached to this quiz, however it is a requirement of program and will help us assess the effectiveness of the online course.
